Property Administrator

This role serves as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and maintenance requests, fostering strong relationships while ensuring exemplary service. The position involves managing financial tasks such as inputting invoices, processing purchase orders, and assisting with rent collections and tenant move-ins or move-outs. Additionally, the role requires coordinating with third-party contractors and supporting the Property Manager with budget preparation and operational reporting.
