Property Appraiser

This position involves conducting property appraisals and requires a minimum of an Associate's degree with an emphasis in accounting, business, real estate, or a related field, along with one year of property appraisal experience. The role demands the ability to work in various field settings, including rough terrain and adverse weather conditions, while operating small measuring and testing devices. Candidates must be registered as qualified appraisers per ORS 308.010 or have the ability to become registered within 30 days of hire.
