Property Block Manager

This role involves managing a mixed-property portfolio of apartment blocks, mixed-use developments, and student accommodation for a well-established Management Agency in North Dublin. The position requires close collaboration with the Managing Director and OMC directors, including running AGMs and preparing service charge budgets. The successful candidate will oversee project work, tendering processes, and insurance claims while maintaining full site knowledge through regular visits.
