Property & Casualty Claims Supervisor

The Property & Casualty Claims Supervisor provides oversight and leadership to a team of claims adjusters, managing property, automobile, and liability claims from initial review through final resolution. This role involves overseeing policy interpretation, coverage determinations, and the assessment of loss exposure and reserving practices for large Self-Insured Retention accounts. The supervisor ensures claims are investigated, evaluated, and resolved efficiently while maintaining compliance and cost-effectiveness.
