About this role
The Property Compliance Lead at Newcastle Building Society is a hands-on leadership role within Group Property Services responsible for ensuring the compliant operation of technical building services across the Society’s property portfolio. Reporting to the Group Property Services Manager, the role supports colleagues and stakeholders by providing technical advice and oversight of maintenance and asset lifecycle activities. The position is primarily based at the Cobalt head office with regular travel to branches and other sites.
