Property Executive

The Property Executive serves as the key front-line representative for the contractor, responsible for site supervision, coordinating with Employer Representatives, and ensuring works and services are performed professionally. This role involves site measurement, uploading field data, planning works and services, and managing subcontractor resourcing and support. The position requires assisting Senior Facility Managers and the Core Team to maintain effective facility operations.
