Property Inspection Specialist

This role assists in the operation of a department while performing additional facility-related duties as assigned. The position primarily involves working remotely, conducting drive-through violation inspections, and inspecting properties to create detailed reports. The specialist is responsible for communicating with clients, homeowners, and boards, as well as scheduling communities and participating in board member ride-alongs.
