Property & Maintenance Coordinator

The Property & Maintenance Coordinator supports the safe, functional, and welcoming operation of YMCA Camp Kirkwood’s 195-acre property. This role maintains camp buildings, grounds, program areas, and equipment to ensure an exceptional experience for campers, guests, and staff year-round. The position involves performing preventative maintenance, light carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance tasks while ensuring the proper operation of vehicles and equipment. The coordinator also manages work orders, coordinates with vendors, and supports event setups and volunteer workdays.
