Property Maintenance Technician

The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily upkeep of the entire property, including monitoring, maintaining, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on hotel property and equipment. The role requires living on-site, being on-call for emergencies, and functioning as a Property Attendant one or two days per week. This position ensures the property remains clean, safe, and in good repair while adhering to all safety and security guidelines.
