The Property Management Intern will support the Property Management and Operations teams in ensuring efficient building operations and strong tenant relations across ESRT properties. The role involves exposure to property management processes, technology initiatives, and building improvement analysis. The intern will gain hands-on experience with inspections, budgeting, sustainability efforts, and presentations while working closely with various stakeholders. This is a structured, 10-week summer internship based onsite at ESRT’s New York City locations.
