Property Management

This role supports the Site Manager in the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of a low-income housing property. The position involves verifying resident file certifications, computing family income, and ensuring compliance with federal, local, and tax credit regulations. The incumbent will also assist with tax credit evaluations, lease agreements, rent processing, and day-to-day property administration.
