Property Manager (Part-time)

Meritus Property Group is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the day-to-day operations, compliance, and financial performance of a 41-unit newly constructed affordable housing community in Salem, Oregon. This part-time role requires a hands-on professional to manage lease-up, resident experience, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance for LIHTC and Project-Based Voucher units. The ideal candidate will ensure audit-ready file integrity, optimize occupancy and collections, and deliver exceptional hospitality to a diverse resident population.
