Property Manager (VPE)

The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of Vantage Point East within Leisure World of Maryland, ensuring compliance with governing documents, board policies, and applicable laws. This role involves supervising staff, managing maintenance and financial operations, and serving as the primary liaison between the Mutual, the Board of Directors, and LWMC departments. The position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support community operations and resident relations.
