Property Manager

The Property Manager oversees all aspects of managing a commercial building for Transwestern Real Estate Services, including operations, financial management, tenant and vendor relationships, and on-site oversight of property performance. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with management agreements and regulations, delivering client service excellence, and implementing property improvements and capital projects. This position is based on-site in Alexandria, VA and requires hands-on presence at the property.
