Property Manager

Fogelman is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the team at The Baxly, a multifamily community in the Savannah area. The role involves overseeing all property operations, including financial management, staff supervision, resident relations, and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and property values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily housing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and other regulations.
