Property Manager

The Property Manager will oversee daily operations of a senior housing community, including building inspections, maintenance scheduling, tenant certification, vendor management, and safety compliance. The role requires on-site residency, after‑hour on‑call availability, and coordination with Salvation Army staff and residents while maintaining accurate records and providing professional representation of The Salvation Army.
