Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties on behalf of landlord clients, ensuring assets are managed efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard. The role covers service charge management, lease administration, tenant relations, building operations, health & safety, and landlord reporting, acting as the principal point of contact between landlords, tenants, and contractors. This position requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of UK property management regulations.
