Property Manager

Join a growing Atlantic Canadian real estate company in a hands-on residential property management role where you will take ownership of an established portfolio, help bring its management in-house and shape the systems and team needed for the company’s next stage of growth. The role involves leading day-to-day operations of the residential portfolio, managing lease administration, conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and renovations, and supporting commercial property operations. You will work closely with the Controller and Owner to drive efficiency, manage budgets, and build a scalable operating platform for future expansion.
