Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for achieving target occupancy rates and ensuring timely unit readiness and tenant repairs through close collaboration with Maintenance and Compliance teams. This role involves managing property expenses within budget, collecting monthly rents, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. The position requires conducting property inspections, enforcing company policies, and participating in on-call rotations to support community operations.
