Property Manager

This role oversees the full renovation process and manages turnkey schedules, renovation timelines, and make-ready status boards for the community. The position involves conducting property inspections, coordinating maintenance and make-ready staff, and ensuring lease files are complete and compliant with audit programs. Additionally, the role handles on-site financial collections, evictions, vendor relations, and security deposit processing while maintaining liability awareness to prevent resident conflicts.
