Property Manager

The Property Manager provides oversight to multiple sites and/or a staff of five or more, ensuring decent, safe, and quality housing for vulnerable unsheltered individuals. This role is responsible for engaging residents in case management resources and supportive services while working with external agency partners to foster positive client interactions. The position involves managing staff, vendors, marketing, maintenance, and financial administration to maintain targeted occupancy levels and ensure compliance with regulatory agreements.
