CCI is seeking a Property Manager to coordinate the daily operations of affordable housing properties in Rome, NY, ensuring financial performance, regulatory compliance, and resident satisfaction. The role involves managing rent collection, occupancy, resident certifications, and maintenance work orders while adhering to HUD and Tax Credit regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of property management experience and strong communication skills.
For more than 50 years we’ve helped low- and moderate-income families and seniors find housing to fit their specific needs. We currently manage over 3,000 units and more than 100 buildings. We also administer Onondaga County’s Rental Assistance Program (Section 8) which serves over 1200 households. Christopher Community develops and operates safe, affordable housing that respects the dignity of our residents and fosters their independence, all while enhancing the character of the neighborhoods in which they live.
