Property Manager

The Property Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a new lease-up apartment community, leading leasing efforts and ensuring efficient property management. This role focuses on driving occupancy, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining regulatory compliance while reporting to the Regional Property Manager. The position is part-time, working 28 hours per week.
