Property Manager

This role involves taking ownership of property maintenance, reactive repairs, contractor management, and capital expenditure projects to ensure hotels across the North Region remain safe and operationally efficient. The Property Manager will plan and deliver maintenance projects, coordinate contractors, and support General Managers with technical guidance and maintenance priorities. The position requires a proactive and organised individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills to manage budgets and compliance across multiple sites.
