Property Manager

Schochet is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations at King Pine Apartments, a 234-unit multifamily residential community in Orange, Massachusetts. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining resident relations, managing rent collections, and ensuring compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC regulations. The Property Manager will also develop the annual operating budget and ensure the property operates efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
