Property Manager

The Property Manager provides management, direction, and leadership to ensure the property is maintained and operated in accordance with KWPM objectives. This role serves as the key liaison between the client, KW Property Management, and internal support staff, requiring strong management, customer service, and supervisory skills. The position involves managing community operations, preparing budgets, analyzing financial statements, and supervising on-site team members. The ideal candidate must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Manager (CAM).
