Christopher Community
CCI is a not-for-profit development and management company that assists low- and moderate-income families and seniors to secure suitable housing across Upstate New York. The Property Manager coordinates the daily operations with staff and residents, including work orders and re-certifications, and works with the supervisor and staff to assess and address the facility’s needs. The role is responsible for the property’s overall performance, including financial results, legal and compliance adherence, and resident satisfaction.
For more than 50 years we’ve helped low- and moderate-income families and seniors find housing to fit their specific needs. We currently manage over 3,000 units and more than 100 buildings. We also administer Onondaga County’s Rental Assistance Program (Section 8) which serves over 1200 households. Christopher Community develops and operates safe, affordable housing that respects the dignity of our residents and fosters their independence, all while enhancing the character of the neighborhoods in which they live.
