About this role

Responsible for coordinating the management, tracking, and disposal of surplus property and equipment in accordance with established policies and regulations. Maintains records and documentation, oversees related financial activities, and works with internal and external partners to support efficient surplus property operations.

Responsibilities

Liaises with government and commercial suppliers to place, sell, or dispose of surplus property
Coordinates disposal of surplus property in accordance with laws and regulations
Conducts physical inspections and designates damaged or excess property for disposal
Maintains detailed records and prepares quarterly summaries of surplus equipment activities
Oversees surplus property income and expense accounts
