Property Preservation Specialist

This role is an integral part of M&T's property preservation team, responsible for executing day-to-day functions such as reviewing monthly property inspections, confirming vacancy, and assessing property conditions. The position involves monitoring the insurance claim process for damaged properties, reviewing repair bids, and liaising with vendors, accounting, claims, and foreclosure groups. The ideal candidate will have experience in mortgage default or property preservation and strong analytical and communication skills.
