Property Tax Manager

This experienced role owns the property tax function end-to-end, including asset valuation, assessment review, appeals, compliance filings, and accruals. The position manages outside tax providers and appraisers while partnering with business leaders across development, construction, FP&A, real estate, and fixed asset accounting. Responsibilities include preparing property tax forecasts, supporting the protest and appeal process, and analyzing financial statements for tax compliance and planning.
