Proposal and Grant Writer

The Proposal and Grant Writer will work directly with the Executive Director and program leadership to identify funding opportunities and develop compelling proposals for government, foundation, and corporate grants. This role involves building a sustainable funding pipeline, translating program impact into persuasive narratives, and strengthening relationships with funding partners through effective reporting and communication. The position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional writing and project management skills to support the YMCA Youth & Family Services mission.
