About this role
The Proposal & Business Development Manager – Utility Solutions leads the full proposal development lifecycle for utility-focused RFPs (energy efficiency, DSM/DR, electrification, multifamily, midstream, and field programs). The role supports firm-wide business development efforts, coordinates SMEs and creative resources, and ensures compliant, on-brand submissions. The position reports to the Boston GM and SVP, Growth (with a dotted line to the EVP of Utility Solutions) and helps grow C+C’s Utility Solutions portfolio.
