Proposal Coordinator

The Proposal Coordinator supports the Business Development team by managing the end-to-end proposal execution process for utility clients and programs. This role collaborates with directors, engineers, and project managers to coordinate efforts, maintain tracking systems, and ensure compliance with client requirements. The position is responsible for developing schedules, assembling documents, and managing submissions within fast-paced environments.
