Proposal Coordinator

TPD is seeking a full-time Proposal Coordinator to support proposal submissions and marketing administrative efforts for the New Jersey team. The role involves conducting project searches, managing databases and tracking tools, and assisting with the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and other responses for governmental agencies. Additionally, the coordinator serves as the main point person for general office administrative duties, new hire onboarding support, and marketing event coordination.
