Proposal Engineer – Complex Modernization & Upgrades

The Proposal Engineer leads the development of competitive proposals for modernization and upgrade projects across power generation systems, translating customer requirements into defined scopes, cost estimates, and execution schedules. This role partners with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure proposals are technically sound, commercially competitive, and executable. The position involves analyzing RFQs, developing cost estimates, and supporting technical discussions and negotiations with customers.
