About this role

As a front-end Proposal Integration Lead, you will integrate Global Capability Center resources into early-stage proposal development for major manufacturing projects. You will coordinate with regional teams and commercial stakeholders to define engineering scope, validate estimates, and ensure delivery readiness while optimizing proposal quality and efficiency. This individual contributor role focuses on standardizing estimation processes and guiding stakeholders on engagement strategies within complex global matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

Identify and structure project scopes suitable for Global Capability Center execution
Coordinate proposal activities across proposal owners, sales teams, and engineering managers
Develop and review cost estimates, engineering hours, and resource forecasts for opportunities
Apply governance standards and approved workflows to ensure compliance during proposal engagement
Guide stakeholders on scope qualifications and engagement processes without direct authority
