Spark Power is seeking an experienced Proposal Lead to lead the development and execution of winning pursuit strategies for utility, renewable energy, and industrial electrical projects across North America. This role provides hands-on leadership across the full proposal lifecycle, coordinates complex cross-functional pursuits, and helps develop the capabilities, processes, and tools of the growing proposal function. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and a passion for developing high-quality proposals.
