Responsibilities

Lead development of optimal bid strategies and win themes for complex deals
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of RFx responses including scheduling and reviews
Ensure strict compliance with client requirements and internal governance standards
Assess deal viability through bid/no-bid decisions and probability analysis
Coordinate input from legal, finance, and delivery teams for aligned submissions

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience7 to 11 years of experience in proposal or pursuit management
