About this role

As a Proposal Manager II, you will drive and oversee the entire bid submission process from initial contact through contract signing for the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security business area. You will direct proposal activities in accordance with RFP specifications while ensuring themes are appropriately incorporated and team dynamics are resolved within condensed timelines. The role involves managing the proposal development center staff and ensuring all technical and cost volumes are professional, timely, and compliant.

Responsibilities

Oversee the proposal development center and staff for task order and project proposals
Plan and execute IDIQ proposals for both prime and subcontractor roles
Ensure proposal activities are timely and professionally formatted with accurate estimates
Direct Proposal Center staff to develop compliant proposal products aligned with business goals
Supervise team members including hiring, training, and performance appraisal
