About this role

As a Proposal Manager II within the ISR and Aviation business area, you will drive the bid submission process from initial contact through contract signing for high-performance ISR and aviation systems. This role involves directing proposal activities per RFP specifications, managing the Proposal Center staff, ensuring quality and compliance, and coordinating complex government and commercial proposals. You will also participate in capture discussions, mentor team members, and act as a primary point of contact for subcontractors to meet strict project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage the proposal development center and oversee staff submissions
Plan and execute complex IDIQ proposals for government and commercial clients
Ensure proposals meet RFP compliance and quality standards through rigorous reviews
Coordinate workflow and distribute essential documents for proposal development
Supervise staff performance, conduct training, and resolve team dynamics conflicts
