Proposal Manager

The Proposal Manager will lead development and submission of complex proposals for KBR’s National Security Solutions group, supporting federal customers in the intelligence and national security communities. This role contributes to pre-RFP capture strategy, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, and ensures timely, compliant proposal deliveries. The position requires working on classified efforts and supporting post-submission activities such as debriefs and lessons learned.
