Proposal Manager

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead federal and international proposal efforts, from call/task order responses to large, complex strategic bids. The role involves developing proposal processes, mentoring team members, and crafting compelling strategies in collaboration with Capture Managers and Solution Architects. This position requires managing multiple proposals simultaneously while ensuring compliance with U.S. Federal Government and international government solicitations.
