Proposal Manager

MRIGlobal is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to join the Government Proposal Management Center, serving as the central coordinator for federal proposal efforts from solicitation release through submission. The role involves partnering with technical, programmatic, and operational teams to develop compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals that support the organization's mission and strategic growth objectives. The successful candidate will manage assigned aspects of the proposal lifecycle, including solicitation analysis, planning, compliance management, content development, review coordination, and final submission support.
