The Proposal Process Manager coordinates the end-to-end process for responding to customer Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, compliant proposals. This role facilitates functional, legal, and compliance aspects of contract acceptance while supporting the Space Division's growth and strategic interests. The position requires managing the proposal lifecycle, optimizing processes, and maintaining content libraries to drive efficiency and win rates.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle from intake through submission and post-submission debriefs
Coordinate cross-functional teams to generate high-quality, compliant, and winning proposals on time
Maintain proposal content libraries, standard templates, and optimize process automation tools

Qualifications
