The Proposal Strategist will own the development and delivery of compelling, compliant responses for U.S. federal and defense opportunities, coordinating inputs from engineering and business development. This hands-on, writing-oriented role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear narratives and ensuring proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted on time. The position offers the opportunity to shape the function as the first Proposal Strategist on a fast-growing team building autonomous maritime systems.
Andrenam builds an AI-powered, distributed maritime sensing network for persistent undersea awareness from surface to seabed, serving mission areas including maritime security, energy and offshore, and counter-unmanned maritime vehicles. Their end-to-end solution consists of Pearl, a persistent and mass-manufacturable acoustic buoy that collects and transmits sonar data via satellite, and Obsidian, an AI-powered signal processing platform that turns raw acoustics into real-time tracks, classifications, and alerts. The platform is designed to deliver undersea intelligence at scale to any operator, regardless of sonar expertise.
