7-Eleven’s Summer Internship is an 11-week program providing hands-on experience in category management and merchandising, working closely with a Senior Category Manager on assortment, sales analysis, and in-store testing. Interns receive coaching, present a final project to functional leaders, attend cross-functional leadership sessions, and tour stores and distribution systems for exposure to retail operations.
