This role is responsible for planning and supervising all elements necessary to meet organizational objectives regarding quality, productivity, cost, and time. The position involves ensuring the application of safety, environmental, and quality policies while promoting continuous improvement projects to enhance business profitability. The incumbent will manage production programs, train personnel, and maintain order and cleanliness within production lines to avoid unplanned stoppages and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
