Protein Production Operations Shift Supervisor

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of day-to-day Protein Production operations department shifts, supporting the Production Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity. The position involves fostering a strong safety and food safety culture, ensuring compliance with sanitation and regulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize production efficiency. The supervisor will monitor key performance metrics, troubleshoot operational challenges, and partner with cross-functional teams to align shift performance with business objectives.
