Protein Sciences Lead

This role leads internal and external Protein Sciences activities to deliver high-quality proteins and conjugates that support the company's research and development programs. The position involves building capabilities for emerging modalities, managing and mentoring a small team, and partnering across discovery and development teams to advance lead candidates. The role also focuses on integrating new technologies, including AI and large language models, into Protein Sciences workflows to accelerate programs and generate insights.
