The Protégé Agency Producer Program is an entry-level program that prepares participants to pursue Farmers® agency ownership. Participants receive mentorship from experienced agents and access to the University of Farmers® training curriculum. Qualified graduates may progress to agency ownership with waived capital and training requirements for 24 months and a $4,000 bonus for those who become full-time agency owners.
